Our production lead time is up to 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation. For orders placed with payment confirmed by 12:00 PM (Brasília time), shipping is done within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped up to the second business day after payment confirmation.

We offer the possibility of exchange within 30 (thirty) calendar days after receipt,
provided that the item is:

• Without signs of use, scratches, or marks;
  
• In its original packaging;
  
• Accompanied by the warranty certificate and invoice.
