With our gold exchange service, jewelry that has been part of your history can be transformed into credit for the acquisition of new pieces from our brand, allowing you to renew your collection in an elegant, conscious, and personalized way.

Each received piece undergoes a meticulous evaluation by specialists. The gold is tested, weighed, and analyzed according to its purity, and the corresponding value is calculated based on the daily market price, ensuring total transparency throughout the process.

If the pieces contain precious stones, they are carefully removed and returned to the client.

How It Works

Our team conducts a specialized analysis to identify:

• gold purity;

• total weight of the pieces;

• metal value according to the current market price.

After evaluation, the client receives the corresponding value in credit.

2. Credit for New Jewelry

The assessed value can be used to purchase any piece of jewelry from the Alessandra Semeoni collection.
If the chosen new piece has a higher value than the available credit, the difference can be paid normally.

3. Choosing the New Piece

The new piece can be chosen:

• via Instagram;

• or through personalized service via WhatsApp and at the atelier.

For clients who cannot visit the atelier in person, we offer safe and practical shipping options:

We offer pickup with a partner driver, ensuring more convenience and security.

Other regions
We send a postage code for shipping via Correios (Brazilian Post Office) at no additional cost. The entire process is monitored by our team.

Security & Transparency

After evaluation and selection of the new jewelry, the acquired piece is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance.
